McHenry County Audubon has a new logo!

Our new logo was created by McHenry County Audubon board member Heidi Gibson and features a Yellow-headed Blackbird! The Yellow-headed Blackbird was chosen as our new logo because McHenry County is the last stronghold for breeding Yellow-headed Blackbirds in the state of Illinois. The Yellow-headed Blackbird speaks not only to the amazing birding we have throughout the county, it is also an example of the exemplary conservation efforts in this county. Special thank you to Heidi for creating our beautiful new logo!
